Some of our projects involve one event, e.g. NBC Olympics, Toyota F1, or long running productions including the 18 month, BBC eight part documentary "Oceans", where a range of our Amphibico housings and HD cameras served to capture some of the beauty of our planet. Similarly, we provide equipment and ongoing support for the Science Museum and the 2 year Antarctic Expedition. Furthermore, unique Specialist Camera systems have been produced for exceptional environments such as in feature films Aliens Vs Predator, Sunshine, and 28 Weeks Later, through to scientific explosive testing IDNKT.
Notably, our most recent project demonstrated the capabilities of our new "CreatureVision" product line. These feature an interchangeable camera and recorder combination in tandem with an auto-detecting lighting system and an exceptionally long-lasting power supply, all fitted within an underwater housing rated to 450m depth. These operate autonomously, recording for over 30 hours in client-specified SD or HD resolutions and are designed to auto-detach from aquatic or land-based animals after a predetermined time; after detaching they emit satellite and VHF-radio signals to facilitate collection. Keep an eye on our homepage for updates on this product line.
We cater for a broad range of digital recording formats from SD to progressive HD (1080p) and beyond, at standard frame rates, time lapse and high speed. Most of our products can be dry hired however we recommend bespoke equipment be operated by our staff.
